Photography & Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional and documentation purposes. These may be used on our website, social media platforms, or in printed materials. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please inform us in writing before the camp begins.

Health & Safety
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all children. Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of registration. Emergency contact information must be up-to-date and accurate.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Children must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult.

Refund Policy
A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the start of the registered camp week.

No Refunds Will Be Provided:
If the child has attended any part of the camp session.
If cancellation is made on or after the first day of the registered session.
If the camper leaves the camp voluntarily for any reason (including travel, schedule changes, or personal preferences).

Special Circumstances:
Refunds or credits in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies with documentation) may be considered at the sole discretion of the camp management.

Behavior Policy
Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. The camp reserves the right to dismiss any child who displays harmful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without a refund.

Personal Belongings
The camp is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the camp.
